Ingredients
- Pasta:
- 3 medium zucchini spiralized
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 2 cups of arugula chopped

- Dressing:
- ½ zucchini chopped
- ½ an avocado
- ½ stalk celery
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 chive or green onion
- Small slice of jalapeno pepper
Instructions

Love this recipe Tarah! Very close to the one I make minus the tomatos:)
Fresh basil and a little bit of spinach are nice additions too- gives it that pesto feel!
Do you think this dressing could work as a salad dressing too, for romaine lettuce?
